Right Wing

Given that the right wing is a duplicate of the left (from an assembly standpoint), I will only be taking a few pictures to document the milestones and any unique items.  Detailed steps are shown in the left wing sequence.

First step is riveting the main ribs to the spar:

With the ribs in place, it is time to mount it on the jig and begin fitting the main skins:

Then comes time to fit the leading edge to the spar.  The inboard-most rib is not pre-drilled, and you must fit the rib and the splice plate together.  I was smart enough to mark the rivet holes from the skin to flute the rib, but I still had a difficult time getting it aligned correctly.  I ended up ordering another rib and splice plate, as the first one I drilled came too close to the rib web.
